Hero Events, the importance of creativity + taking time for you

Good morning!

We hope that you're all enjoying a fantastic weekend so far.

It's been a lively week in the shop with the excitement of this year's first photography workshop ~ 'How to take beautiful photographs' with Marlene Lee; an injection of more SS16 stock and the start of our stockroom sale!

On the blog this week, we talk a little more about the motivation behind our events, the importance of creativity and taking time for you.

We are an active ambassador of creativity and thrive off connecting individuals from all corners of Hampshire, and further, to partake in one of our many events. Bringing inquisitive, positive and inspiring individuals together to learn, share and develop skills and passions are a key element of Hero events.

As a business bringing individuals together, it was humbling to watch Marlene's influential photography knowledge spark connections and motivation between the ladies at this week's workshop ~ we will be running another one soon, as well as an advanced course, too.

Working in a relatively new but thriving business means that we are constantly pushing boundaries and stepping out of our comfort zones with the aim to achieve the next 'level'. As a team, we consciously take time out to be creative in order to spark and nurture our confidence. We believe that it's pertinent to all aspects of our lives to take time for 'us'.

As a nation we're busy bees, but once in a while it's essential to be mindful of what's best for us. Instead of thinking 'I don't have time', consciously dedicating an hour or two to something which enlightens the soul and sparks happiness may alleviate worrying about X, Y & Z! Who knows what sparks may fly from a creative session!

The experts we run our workshops with share the passion, dedication and values of Hero. Working with like minded people is when creativity flourishes and inspiration flows and you find true passion and relaxation from learning something new.
