In this 3 hour session, you will look at the manifestation and mindset techniques to help you remove the guilt from what you think you ‘should’ be doing so that you can focus on setting goals that will fulfil you.
In the second part of this session, it is much more hands-on, as we are going to create a vision board that can help stimulate your subconscious and aid you on your journey to have a happier life.
Our mindset contributes a lot as to how we perceive and live our lives. This session will help clear the fog and will help you attract more purpose into your life.
Chloe, a mindset and manifestation coach and the Founder of Vibe and Flow, will be guiding you through the world of manifestation, mindset and vision boards so you can learn to harness its abilities and reduce overwhelm.
